First Strokes with a Delicate Quill

As I continue to chip away at the breadth of my original blog (in the interest of keeping thoughts and posts more organized, I believe), I realize that I may have to do a little housekeeping at some point.  So here, my friends, is the new home for all things polyamorous. All of my rantings, all of my Q&A, all of my rhetoric. I will put it here for your perusal. So to kick off this wondrous place (with a possible guest contributor or two), I shall begin.

I am polyamorous. Being so does not automatically make me anti-monogamous, just to keep that clear. I am enthusiastic about my choices, and I expect that some will be offended by my posts. I apologize in advance, as none of what I have to say should ever be taken as an attack on you or your views. It's nothing personal, just me being passionate about my own opinions. Fair?

For those who care, The name of this blog comes from E.A. Poe's "The Heresy of the Didactic" and the more complete quote is:
"I would define, in brief, the Poetry of words as The Rhythmical Creation of Beauty. Its sole arbiter is Taste. With the Intellect or with the Conscience, it has only collateral relations. Unless incidentally, it has no concern whatever with Duty or with Truth."
I think it's a brilliant look at poetry.

So welcome aboard, dear readers.  I'm sure it's going to be at least moderately interesting...

  1. With a raven's quill, if you will...This is a noble endeavor--beauty through the written word, to express the beauty you find in these loves. And the circle winds itself 'round and is complete once more. Thank you for inviting me to contribute; I am so looking forward to exploring in these pages with you. <3
